Report and Good Practice Materials from Welfare to Workforce/IAG events - March & April 2005

In March and April 2005, the LSC, in partnership with Jobcentre Plus, hosted five events to support local areas in meeting the recommendations of Welfare to Workforce Development (WtWD)for IAG services. The event also provided an opportunity for colleagues from National LSC Office and Jobcentre Plus National Tier to receive feedback on implementing the recommendations at local level and to review progress.

The downloads below include the report from the event, and two examples of good practice: a nextstep referral card used by Jobcentre Plus staff in Lancashire, and an example of the LMI newsletter published regularly in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Click on the PDF icon to download the report from these events, or right-click and save to your computer ('save target as..').
